History of Day of Prayer for Dementia
A very warm welcome to the Day of Prayer for Dementia on March 19th, a Day which is important to all of us. Important, because people with Dementia are dear to us, and they are close to God.
Like many of us, people with dementia love to pray, to sing, to join in services whether in church; with others in a care setting or at home with their family. Like all of us they need to feel loved by God.
We are thankful for the thousands of individuals and organisations who have joined in the Day of Prayer which has helped it to grow into a national and even international Day.
We warmly welcome your prayers, poems, artwork or personal stories which we could add to the website.
